November 21 2008. London, United Kingdom
At the beginning of 2008 German artist Carsten Höller initiated a project for a temporary bar, restaurant and nightclub in central London concerning the intersection of Congolese and Western culture: THE DOUBLE CLUB. He has invited Kram and Weisshaar to join him and producer Jan Kennedy in the planning and realisation of this project for FONDAZIONE PRADA.

In addition, Clemens Weishaar and Reed Kram have contributed several of their previous works and collaborated with the artist on entirely new pieces for THE DOUBLE CLUB. These new works are dedicated to the "Western" sections of the club including the central freestanding fully copper-reveted and neon TWO HORSES RIDER'S CLUB bar in the courtyard, a new series of Weisshaar and Kram's seminal BREEDING TABLES coated in two shades of gray for the restaurant and custom upholstered benches for the discotheque.
